    Staff were polite the second I entered the store. The staff member that helped me was very knowledgeable about the products, as I am a beginner cyclist I appreciated his advice. I left the store feeling happy about what I had purchased and the overall customer service experience.

    I hate going to bike shops, I feel I'm often judged for my budget and physique, but for the first time ever it was a positive experience. Michelle was extremely helpful, I really had no idea what I wanted and she guided me towards the right decision. She happily repeated what she was saying when my nightshift brain switched off a few times, I felt very well looked after. Thanks Michelle, I'll be back in tomorrow to pick up a bike!

    We searched high & low for a particular bike & size. 99Bikes had it! Spoke to Will, he processed everything over the phone. I picked it up 3 days later. Excellent service.
