    It shouldn't take more than one phone call to cancel an appointment. In this case it took 10. The easiest solution seems to be not to book in the first place!

    I can't comment on parking - and I don't care, as it hardly seems relevant (it's a hospital, not a restaurant).

    The level of care and support they provided my mother on several occasions was excellent, as was the amount of information and help they provided her family. The facilities, staff, and administration is first class.
